1. Who we are
Language Loops (“we”, “us”) provides language practice loops, hunt rooms, and related learning tools. Legal entity name and registered address for production use should replace this prototype placeholder before go-live.
2. Account and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. Do not abuse the service, scrape content at scale, harass other learners, or attempt to bypass rate limits or Pro entitlements.
3. Plans and billing
Free and Pro features are described on the Pricing page. Prices may change for future billing periods; material changes will be communicated before renewal where required.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders.
Before completing a paid checkout you must accept these Terms and our Refund Policy.
4. Digital content and early access
Pro access is delivered digitally. If you start using the product immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that statutory withdrawal windows may be limited as permitted by local law, except where our Refund Policy grants a longer money-back guarantee (at least 30 days for eligible Pro subscriptions).
5. Intellectual property
Loops, UI, branding, and generated study materials remain owned by Language Loops or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal learning. Do not redistribute paid content.
6. Buyer support

7. Liability
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you cannot waive under applicable consumer law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change, and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted.
Prototype notice: replace legal entity, address, phone, and support email with final production values before connecting live Paddle payments.
